Bay Made
Creative Direction & Strategy
“Bay Made” was a social impact campaign launched during the pandemic to support small businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. 99designs awarded $50K in design grants to uplift 50 local entrepreneurs with $1K each in creative services.
As project lead, I oversaw marketing strategy, storytelling, and creative direction, from concept to execution. I shaped the vision for a video docu-series, authored blog content, crafted social teasers, and coordinated targeted email campaigns.
We spotlighted 4 standout owners in a YouTube series, showcasing their design transformations. I led a team of 5 project managers and guided the video team through on-location shoots. As a Bay Area native, this project was especially meaningful.
